Do tattoos hurt?
The short answer is yes. Everyone has a different pain threshold and some places are more sensitive than others. The general consensus is that they all hurt but not bad enough to not want more.

Can I use numbing cream?
Once again the short answer is yes. If you are worried about your ability to handle the pain of your tattoo use numbing cream before your appointment and only as directed. Not following directions could affect the application of the tattoo negatively.

Do I tip my artist?
Tips are always appreciated but never required.

Do I need a consultation?
Yes the consultation is required. At that time your artist will talk about specific placement, go over any references, address any concerns, take the booking fee, and schedule your appointment. This ensures that you get the best experience/tattoo possible.

Can I bring a friend with me to my appointment?
Yes, please limit guests to one as the working space is small.

Is my booking fee really nonrefundable?
Yes. The booking fee is 50% of the quoted price of the tattoo and is used to hold your appointment with your artist. You can reschedule your appointment with that fee two times, after that a second consultation and booking fee with be required. The booking fee is subtracted from price of tattoo the day of your appointment.

Do you charge by the hour or by the piece?
By the hour, with a one hour minimum:
$150/hour for blank skin
$200/hour for coverups -
How do I take care of my new tattoo?
Wash your tattoo 3 times daily with non-scented antibacterial soap (Dial gold soap) let air dry or pat dry with single use towel for 7-10 days.
After day 2, apply thin layer of after care after washing.
